We are offer 100% refund on any product that has quality defect, damaged package or has successfully completed return process.

We do not refund product obtained for free, but we will replace it if we have in stock or send an alternative product with same value.

We offer 50% refund on products having no defect, no damaged package or is not eligible to return if not satisfied.

Refund will be issued within 2-3 weeks after the return process is complete if there is one.

You can request a return of any product that has quality defect and/or damaged package.

MiniChemist will provide you with free shipping label when the product has quality defect, damaged package or if requested by MiniChemist upon refund request.

You will pay for the return if the package was not open and no defect on the product (pierced, teared).

Any return must have a return number otherwise will be invalid. You can request one by contacting us.

For any return it is of your responsibility to ensure its arrival at our return center.

Note: MiniChemist is working hard to eliminate shipping cost, we are definitely appreciating your help and patience.

All our shipping rates are based on Canada Post yearly rate sheet. 

Our Free Shipping is available to orders over ~USD100.00.

All our options are providing tracking number, except when the transit time increase due to tracked option we choose not the track the package to allow you to get it faster. You can add to purchase note “Tracked” and we will provide a tracking number.

All order are shipped up to 2 days after purchased date.

When your reference place an order we take 10% off the subtotal and store it in the advocate (referrer)’s account.

Once, the advocate’s account reaches the average shipping cost then the advocate receive a FREE SHIPPING coupon (Shareable).

There are no maximum limits and the coupons have 6 months to expire.

The reference account is linked to the advocate until advocate or reference delete their account. In other words, the advocate will continuously receive benefits for every order placed by the reference.
