Conditioner Instant Emulsion, also known as ICE Conditioner, is a cationic Naturally Derived Conditioning System featuring Behenyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride at a 21% active quaternary level. All ingredients in this blend are all derived from natural sources: Cetyl Alcohol from vegetable oils, Cocamidopropyl from coconut oil and Sorbitan Laurate from plant fatty acids and sorbitol.
