Mini HC-BC™ Concentrated Base is a natural, essential oil free, Sulfate-free, PEG-free, Paraben-free blend of mild surfactants that can be diluted to produce tear-free baby cleansing products such as shampoos and washes.

The glyceryl oleate provides conditioning to the hair and skin while the alkyl polyglucosides softly rinse away any dirt and impurities. Skin is left feeling nourished and smooth.
