MiniCel™ 1689 is a water-in-oil polymeric emulsifier. MiniCel™ 1689 is very mild and provides formulation stability, viscosity and rheology. MiniCel™ 1689 is used in baby care, body care, facial care, sun care and lip products. MiniCel™ 1689 is extremely similar to Arlacel™ 1689.
